i had car issues when i stayed and they allowed me late check out

the service was great, my questions were answered quickly and effortlessly and offered a late check out for the couple without even asking

the kids especially love the pool

the room, breakfast, hotel gym, location, and service were top notch in every way

the decor , staff, breakfast and location.

my flight was delayed a few hours and the staff was more than helpful in offering an late check out

breakfast was fast and well priced it was great to have room service available

from the front desk to the coffee bar hostess was exceptionally nice and helpful

lso, restaurant was closed with room service ending at 9pm

breakfast was remarkable, offering pretty much a full buffet which has been adapted to covid-19

had wished that the pool was open as the kids had been in a car for two days to get here

shampoo comfortable bed heated pool and granddaughter enjoyed waffles

comfortable for kids with special needs an gave us a room on bottom floor so the kids wouldn’t bother anyone plus

the pool was warm!

the lights in the room appear to be wired so that you have to have the kitchen light on in order to use any other lights in the room
