i really enjoyed the lodge area and the bar downstairs

except for the very inflexible late check out policy

the gym and pool were very good and well equipped

i called before i booked the room and they said they had a pool when i got there they said it’s down

there's not much parking. the gym had limited equipment.

the third day we had to take pool towels so we could shower

needed a late check out and it was granted, which made our stay so much easier

pool closed at 11 so even thought we arrived around 9:30, we still had an hour to enjoy with the kids

even though this hotel seems to be geared towards corporate travel, the kids very much enjoyed it

my kids loved the indoor pool

breakfast was very nice and a pleasant surprise over other hotels

the free breakfast options were good. the staff allowed a one hour late check out.

more options at breakfast would be nice.

traveled all the way from florida for our kids spring break, booked this specific location for the pool & it wasn't open

so helpful, got our kids' juice and got me a drink carrier to make it all easier

nice rooms, good drinks and food. excellent airport shuttle.

had its own restaurant and bar which is designed for mostly the hotel guests
