i was granted a late check out after housecleaning failed to clean the room one afternoon

the front desk help were awesome as well as the older woman in the breakfast area!

laundry room on every floor with been more helpful than the laundry room on only one floor

they had no prob giving me change for the laundry

machines, kitchenette, laundry room, fitness room, free breakfast, free coffee and tea 24

the front desk associate daniel was very polite and offered me a late check out for me waiting so long

having the kitchenette makes it better than most.

room i stayed in had a kitchen but no type of pot or pan in sight, no dishes nothing, i called down to the front desk and

my husband loved that there was a full kitchen even if we didn’t use it

the kitchen was deformed, the room had two microwave 1 damaged and 1 good. ud83dude44

noisy heard jumping all morning and the morning staff lady at desk was rude when we asked for a late check out

location was perfect, very quick drive to mohegan sun casino

breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant was very good and a great value with kids eating free

we were able to have a late check out!

a bar attached to the hotel with the restaurant, and some of the overflow from the parking lot for

clean, inexpensive, restaurant and bar attached

the atmosphere of the whole area and restaurant and outdoor bar was excellent especially with the halloween decorations

wasn't sure where check in was so just went into the restaurant and you check in at the bar

we were given a late check out since we were travelling with kids

the staff is great and the complimentary breakfast is incredible

pool area needs updating.

the hotel had a small fitness room and a swimming pool outside which you can use at anytime

the staff is friendly, the room is fine, good fitness center and outdoor pool.
