accommodated our family with late check out.

the laundry onsite was great, the machines performed well and it made one task tolerable

i also used the laundry room

also i needed a late checkout and the staff wouldn't not let us request a late check out and

she was happy to accommodate our late check out request which helped us a lot

have to pay $20 for late check out

breakfast included waffles, bagels, toast, coffee and juice

was excellent expecially waffles problem was i chose quality inn because of location and swimming pool but it was out of operation throughout the stay

i also asked for a late check out and they were really accommodating

when we got out of the show it was 9:30 and we had 30 min left for room service to be available

asked for extra towels through room service and they never brought them, had to ask the cleaning crew

they allowed us a 30 minute late check out which was nice since we arrived late

also i don't like that the pool closes so early

only drawback is that we got the room next to the laundry room

nice place great view. staff was great just wished that the laundry was 24hrs

room was near the pool, and although it was generally too cool to swim during our visit, we were bothered by children
