they charged me extra and didn't accommodate my late check out

3pm late check out was amazing! i got a chance to sleep in after a long night.

hotel key wasn't working for the pool area only

picked this hotel due to it having an indoor pool to give my kids something fun to do then find out when we get there it s not available for

clerk was very nice and gave us a late check out after our first night stay on the first reservation with our situation

late check out was arranged per request, which is definitely a plus
