they accommodated very well for new years, the pool closed at midnight, late check out, they kept pool towels stocked, and all of the employees we encountered were

room was spacious, well stocked and comfortable

also the spa prices are over priced

the staff were nice, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the room service from heritage restaurant was one of the best meals i've ever had

also, when i woke up late

said i shouldn’t have done it online my brother had to have surgery that’s why i went i had a pet fee of $25 and it still should not have come to the price i was charged

a hot tub was kind of a bummer but the pool is really warm and it was a lot of fun with the kids

loved that it is kids friendly, always clean an accommodating.

little, just thought appetiser selection in bar area was poor and felt breakfast might have had more options

classic style lobby was gorgeous, the room was spacious and plush, and the onsite restaurant bar was excellent, probably among the best restaurants in its range in town

the on-site bar closed pretty early and the beverage prices were a bit high. wish it had a pool

bar closed at 11 pm on a nfl game night

was able to get late check out which was a plus! will book again for next year's event.

requested early check in and a ground floor room which the hotel accommodated

the gym was great with dumbbells and cable machine

the breakfast area tended to be crowded and difficult to navigate.

they don't have security deposit required. they allow early check in and late check out.
