older parents couldn't get a room here wo elevator, kids couldn't use pool to kill time btwn games

and we didnt get no complaints about the kids

lot of noise i was on a floor where kids were running around the hallway most of the night

i had three kids waiting several hours to be able to use the pool

when we paid for a late check out, but didn’t end up needing it, there was no issue with a refund

helpful and friendly staff and the continental breakfast was delicious!

the complimentary shuttle service was very nice, used it to arrive from the airport and go out to dinner

the time of booking that the hotel was under renovation and they closed the pool and hot tub and fitness room our second day there i was very disappointed i was really looking forward to relaxing
