i love the late check out.

was given a late check out which helped since my plane wasn't leaving for hours

was excellent, but you can look into adding complimentary breakfast to the room package

there was no grab bar in the shower, which is another safety concern

we asked for a late check out and the staff was most accommodating

female bar tender/waitress was very nice and helpful

place to stay close to downtown clean and staff was great, breakfast was hot and lots to have thank u for a great

the only thing i was not a fan of was the continental breakfast

there is a mini-casino space (machines) which adds to the strange

we used the laundry facilities and also did a late check out but was not charged an extra fee

laundry room only took loonies and quarters, but not toonies.

very handy laundry room with a few washers and dryers located a few doors down from our room
