and friendly, they went above and beyond for us, we were able to arrange an early check in and a late check out to fit around our flights

breakfast was terrific.

the apartment was big and had a kitchen that we didn't use

with spacious closet and sore of kitchen and a table for two

our room felt pretty palacial and was equipped with a mini-kitchen

early check-in with carlos at the front desk to explain everything, to late check out and free shuttle to airport, our stay was amazing

the ac can only be changed from cold or colder

little bit too expensive laundry service.

food was unbelievable and delicious, gym with spin bikes, steam and sauna and pool with several jacuzzis was beyond devine and uber

the pool is the best and the gym. also the bathroom. is ideal for kids, they enjoy it so much!!

late check out

the staff were wonderful, especially viny who was the airport shuttle driver! a very nice hotel!

breakfast was great, value for money is possibly the best in the city, cleanliness was very good

shuttle driver took us to the airport earlier than the next round of rides which was super cool

guatemala have been pleasant but the marriott staff were really great especially the 2 wonderful shuttle drivers i had who were genuinely very nice and make a huge effort
