the hotel kindly allowed us to have a late check out on our final day at no cost as we had a late flight
our evening meal was excellent and the breakfast had a wide range of items
excellent staff allowed an early check in and gave great advice re where to go and what to do
breakfast was great. service was fantastic.
playa de el camello beach, the peninsula de la magdalena, and the casino are all easily walkable from this hotel

perfect location for the ferry next day, especially with the late check out as standard
) nice bar downstairs but no restaurant
though they are trying to make better use of the bar lounge area, it appears to have gone a bit potty or a basket case
location, value for the money, outstanding staff, small bar at entry, location to great restaurants all around
receptionists and bar tenders were always smiling and helpful

helpful reception especially maría who organised a late check out for me when my ferry was delayed very appreciated
abba also let me check in early as the room was ready and late check out a bonus
shower was broken no restaurant or bar facilities ( not mentioned when booking)
a bar area is always welcome!

gave late check out without quibble- breakfast was good and clean room
staff were very friendly, 24hr bar was very convenient and well priced
big bed. comfy and clean. gym nice.
staff were very helpful. good location to get to city centre. added bonus of small gym
hotel very close to centre of santander lovely room great restaurant and bar under ground parking would definitely stay there again
