asked for a late check out when i booked

got to do late check out and didn't have to hear vacuuming at 8am in the hallway

had a late check out and the time giving during check in wasn’t correct according to the staff the next

the pool was very clean and the water was warm.

i didn't like that breakfast wasn't hot breakfast. just grab to go breakfast.

also the fact that ihg members get the choice to request a late check out, normally check out at 11am but being a member allows me to check out late at 2pm

we happily took advantage of the microwavable food choices and stayed cozy warm in our room the breakfast was delicious - totally did not expect a full breakfast - wonderful surprise

clean rooms, nice gym, friendly staff and surprisingly complete breakfast!

water pressure of the shower was weak.. would have been nice if the pool was indoor! :-)

the pool was closed. it's so hot.

kids were exited about the pool but it was dirty and the water was cloudy

the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. the gym was also very good.

beds are really comfortable and breakfast enjoyable.

some younger adults their in groups they had some kind of fraternity sorority conference, but the kids in those groups were very respectful so no issues at
