upgraded to the romance package with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and late check out

james the bartender, the food, the pool, it was a fantastic experience for us

the outside bar was truly wonderful along with all of the other outside amenities

also, great facilities at the hotel, like the pools, restaurant and gym

the sauna was under construction though and the gym was open but we didn’t use it

we were doing the sleeping bear marathon and needed to clean up afterwards, we had asked for a late check out

they accommodated a 1 hour late check out, which was super helpful

so they offered us a discount or late check out for the inconvenience

staff were very accommodating when we requested an upgrade to the jacuzzi room and a late check out

coffee is made all day along with complimentary breakfast in the office building in the mornings

it had a breakfast with a good amount of choices to choose from

my husband asked the front desk for a late check out so that he could stay at the room & let her rest in bed while i shopped with my son

the breakfast was lame but for the price point it was as much as you could expect.

they must’ve been booked solid too, because even though they sat late check out is an option, they could only allow us 30 minutes and were calling us 15 minutes

the spa tub felt amazing

this was the case with all the facilities in our room-spa tub, bath, and 'kitchen' sink

comfortable beds, very clean, apartment like setup with a small kitchen, full size fridge, dining table and a love seat in the living area

clean and well maintained american owned motel with lots of room, closet space and nice little kitchen

great place, comfy bed, clean and close to the casino. i very much recommend!!!
