i’ve not having my room ready until almost 5 o clock they provided complimentary drinks and a late check out which i didn’t even utilize as i wanted to leave as soon as possible

the beach, river, the view from my room and also the birthday decorations and the breakfast.

such good value for money. good location being right on the beach. cute bar & restaurant

snorkeling, swimming with the turtles, paddle boarding up the river to have a nice drink at the bar beside the blue hole

the bar had great service, drinks where very good

staff were great, helped me with late check out, stairs lead down to the beautiful sea

the kids love the beach even though the wi-fi signal is weak they spend more time in the ocean

property was value for money,with friendly staff the only downside is the bar closed too early in the night but as this hotel is right in the town centre i could get a drink

old photos on the website: the place is outdated and a bit run down, the pool is empty and the bar abandoned

the pool has no water in it, the bar area is closed

nice beach, good bars and restaurants l. got 1hr late check out.

i especially loved the spa i had an amazing experience

property; helpful, courteous staff; great food options, and lots of activities for adults and kids

doesn't provide guests with shampoo, body wash or anything similar in the bathroom apart from a bar of soap

as always was exceptional, the piano bar just so peaceful

he easily understood my needs to book in late and for a late check out

wifi was not always available

was no wifi the entire time i was there, so i couldn't get any work done

tv and wifi doesnt work in the room!

staff, stayed 2 nights and realised we only booked breakfast for the first night, reception was closed so we figured wed just get the same breakfast
