we asked for late check out to come back and rest before driving back home to muskogee

pool area was heated but it was so cold out side that it wasn't really warm it was just bearable

we looked for the usual laundry bag in the closets to use for dirty clothing and there were none

friendly staff, convenient location, free parking, wifi

the fact that breakfast was not free

for an indoor pool in a nice hotel, it was disappointing that it was not heated.

asked 2/3 different people about the laundry room and same answers from all was when they feel like opening it up

off and put it in a trash bag with your room number on it then you have to carry it down to the laundry room on 1st floor, same thing with towels and wash clothes, then they will wash and dry

they were very accommodating for late check out

the hot tub and pool were a life saver for the kids, pool was a decently good size
