very friendly and helpful especially the young lady who was working in the bar on friday 21st

friendly staff lovely rooms facilitated late check out due to work call very accommodating

they gave me an early check in as child was feeling poorly which ended up us staying in the room the whole time

food in bar very very poor, pizza, kids nuggets chips, brownie sticky toffee pudding, very very poor quality and therefore far too

thanks to connor (the dancing bar man) for keeping us all so well looked after in the kelltic bar and to victoria in the lounge

they checked us in early and gave us a late check out the next day
