there was no option for late check out

there were never towels at the pool. no refrigerator in a king room.

asked for a late check out without any additional charges this last check in was a little problematic

kids in the pool area were horrible loud i had 2 little granddaughters with me and the bigger kids

the breakfast was hot with plenty to choose from, as well as a cute little eating area and coffee bar

overnight staff was rude, he gave out our information to people and the laundry closet had dead bugs on the mattress

found dirty laundry from last people that stayed! needs cleaned better!

hotel employee did a late check out for us

the pool was out of commission. mechanical malfunctions happen through no fault of the hotel.

kids were running up and down the halls until midnight

your sign said the pool was closed

and helpful the check out stuff was nice and helpful as well they where able to accommodate a late checkout when they where to busy do late check out i appreciate all of there help

the room was very clean and comfortable.we didn't part take of the breakfast

the staff was super friendly, the room was nice and the breakfast was okay.

location was good, and i told the staff that i wasn't going to stay for breakfast i'm glad i stayed for breakfast i enjoyed my meal and i definitely will be back soon
