access to a living rom and kitchen was very pleasant

cleanliness, the location, easy access to the property, even though we didn t used the kitchen but i like the living room and kitchen facilities

common kitchen was functional however

the late check out was great too

bar yet but we were told one was opening soon

are in the process of building a bar area and they need a lounge area in which to relax after a day out and about

we enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel - a good value breakfast and handy room service for dining in

the room service was appalling and the food quality was terrible

very clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, nice breakfast, late check out at midday!

the games were great and there was space and a late check out

the parking was very good with lots of spaces and them also being a very good size

nice pool, lovely room

, super restaurant and overall an excellent experience… heated pool was super too and my kids didnt want to leave

quick check in and out and rooms clean and had kids sofa beds already made up for us

late check out meant we had time to see tapestry, and still come back and check out

room was exactly what i needed, breakfast was good and cleanliness was perfect
