late check out time. comfy bed.

pool was closed- our garbage can was over flowing when we got into room- i had to make 3 trips to

the pool, the breakfast the location everything was awesome my daughter and friends enjoyed their time with her

the breakfast was the best i've had at anywhere we have stayed

breakfast was excellent

we had no problem with a late check out

the beds were too soft for my husband and me, but the kids didn't mind

we also had 2 kids who were tired and just wanting out of the car

beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good

, bed bugs i have pictures of the kids that were bit , they charged me for a missing cover that was clearly still there

we were surprised to find a stocked kitchen with toaster, plates, bowls, utensils and even dishwasher pods

privacy, the court area, the gym area, and most of all the service

everything was good. the space, the beds, the full kitchen. it was really nice

i asked for a late check out due to a business extension and was granted my request

key did not work to the laundry room

room was super clean the staff at the front desk was amazing super sweet the breakfast was great beds and pillows felt like home it’s a little close to the roads but didn’t

i also loved that they had an area for guests to wash and dry their laundry

clean, nice staff, roomie rooms, laundry onsite, shopping within walking distance

late check out was no problem

we had the king room with spa and it was great.

i asked for a late check out, but between 9am and 10am calls and beating on the door

pet fee is totally out of line. pet fee will keep me from staying at hawthorn again.

location & price; quiet; had a laundry for us to do our clothes.

under construction gym not open no hot water for a shower

when i asked for a late check out, she said the price with a bad attitude

end resulted in the bulb being blowed and my children not wanting to bath in the dark my little kids didn't use the bathroom during the night with out waking me to accompany them to the bathroom

they allowed us a really late check out so we didn't have to leave the bags in the rental

mike at the bar was amazing!

the gym was really nice and had anything you could think of for any workout you'd want to do

we wanted to go to the bar and have a few drinks, we were trying to go through the side door to the bar and the bartender

like the how the coffee bar works, when breakfast starts and what it has, the hotel restaurant, etc
