everyone is nice and always get a late check out with no issues!

pool was nice and clean and the rooms were big

no pool ,no gym and no hot breakfast

wifi worked great and there was a restaurant downstairs

the kids swam, played pool, air hockey

2/8/21: pool open (must reserve in 30 min increments due to covid) (+)i like the pool. the cleanliness of hotel, and the price i got it for. (+)location, hotel does have a pool,and outdoor fire pit for relaxing. and the staff is amazing. (-)the pool was a bit unclean and needs maintained better (+) the pool was nice except maybe too much clhorine it was like salt water (+) their pool was working and they are serving breakfast again (+)liked the fact that there was a starbucks in the lobby.also liked the pool. (+) pool and exercise room were nice amenities (-)issue but pool seemed to have a lot of chemical in it (+)friendly staff 1st floor close to pool and office was very nice and kid friendly

there were large groups of kids running the hallways acting like they had never been in public before

hotel is nice and clean and typically quiet but there are definitely times when there are kids are running around

we loved that the space was perfect for our family with our kids even though space was very business traveler geared

clean, friendly, quiet atmosphere. nice hot breakfast, late check out.

you have to sign up to use the pool-so be prepared to plan around that

only thing that we did not like was that the pool was closed two nights we wanted to swing, but i somewhat understood it may be due to keep so

lied said could have late check out then tried to charge me for it

late check out is perfect-i work nights and being able to go back and get decent sleep before
