asked for a late check out and it was granted

this hotel had everything i was looking for with pool with lots of natural light to a beautiful and clean shower

common areas are exceptional - especially the gym and pool

everything was do clean and the staff was so nice! breakfast was delicious. totally recommend !

breakfast better than most. good gym. very clean. well thought out room design.

there is no food or bar in the hotel it would be nice to have a list of good local eats and bars to have

loved the pool. matteo was kind. breakfast was hearty

no microwave in the room , no exercise bike in the fitness center

30 in the morning which made the experience unpleasant (fitness room unaccessible after that too), but i guess these things happen

great view from gov s club, air tub was fantastic, we re flexible with us for early check-in/late check out

staff here, from reception, to dining to bar were exceptional

we loved the buffet breakfast option in the restaurant area downstairs at the hotel

the pool and the hot tub were terrific! and the location was perfect.

room service was excellent and having a starbucks in the hotel was convenient

at the desk was so helpful the whole time, between getting rooms ready early a late check out and making sure we were charged correctly

would have been great if the bar was open later on saturday night

he also got us a shuttle to speed up the process

also, i've stayed there twice and the restaurant seems always closed except for breakfast

the shuttle into the downtown area was helpful since it's a little bit of a walk, but not impossible

appreciated early check in/late check out and awesome breakfast selections

- the pool was out of service during our stay

was smoking something they shouldn't haven't in the building stinking my room area up where my kids and i were sleeping

even the generic breakfast had nice extra touches

rooms are big, free roll-away bed, breakfast, pool open until midnight, clean, newly renovated

staff was friendly and no problem with very late check out and very early check in

pool was a bit cold

quite and that they had laundry facility.

the spa tub in my room was also clean and free of any mold/mildew

everything i needed for my extended stay: breakfast, gym, microwave (though i think mince was not working) and a pleasant surprise with the free laundry
