i requested a late check out and they accommodated me with professionalism

on the edge of town, even saw a deer out out window at night, nice amenities, nice pool, patio, breakfast area, vending machines, and lobby

the pool and spa were a welcome surprise since it was snowing outside

the staff was very helpful. we had a great room and slept well. a good breakfast both mornings!

the young lady in the breakfast area was especially helpful and efficient

she was able to accommodate my request for late check out which was a bonus since i was here with my family running half marathon

the proximity to a lot of things to do. the grandkids loved the pool.

loved how the rooms had walk out access to the pool.

the pool hours were also great because we got there pretty late and were still able to swim

location was convenient and there was plenty of room to park our uhaul

wifi was very poor

pool towels are small. i forgot mine. pillows are down pillows.

hope to use the great looking pool next time

we got to the hotel very late due to issues with our flight and the staff was nice enough to offer us a late check out

the coffee and wine bar is lovely and the restaurant very elegant

the hotel does not offer a pool or gym and they charge $7 for a bottle of water in your room

was helpful (others not so much like the woman at the front desk who wouldn't give us an hour late check out after being up from 4- 5am with an unwarranted fire evacuation

also ordered room service and it never came

shuttle was so awesome

shuttle driver was awesome - took us to the music venue for a concert and picked us up

room service was very reasonably priced and delicious

but what do you fo i got in late was exhausted from driving alot of places chargecdeposits and i gey it but be up front about

they had a good breakfast and coffee bar it was very clean and the staff was friendly
