staff was excellent, went far beyond service and allowed for a late check out of 4pm, and even said it could be later if needed

had fun in the pool & game room

had to book for the spa and horseback riding in advance, instead of booking it a day or so of when we’ve arrived

no towels in the gym

played the 3 18 hole golf courses. all were excellent including the crispin course.

good breakfast clean room late check out

we stayed with 3 kids under 7 and we all felt comfortable in one bedroom with two queen beds

the breakfast was very good

our kids were thrilled to find the new pancake making machine

spa facilities and gym are useful

we stay at country suites alot. the only thing that we liked was the late check out and pool.
