didn’t like that there were adults and kids screaming at the pool at like 11pm which was right outside my window

i liked the staff, location, pool and hotel

shuttle loss key, no water pool, dining room dirty, exercise room a joke a forgotten room 2 pieces of equipment dirty

comfy beds and pillows, fluffy towels, clean rooms, really enjoyed the late check out.

we didn’t have a mini frig, microwave, nor dirty laundry bags

was no ice machine, all ice machines were broke down the whole stay we were there, no laundry room

doors needs better seals,no laundry on site,had to ask for iron for room,pool was dirty...

main reason we chose this hotel is the barksdale inn was full and la quinta did not charge a pet fee

casino was slow yet no vibe. late check out was appreciated.

i understand this would throw housekeeping off or what have you but its crazy a late check out charges another

the hotel was not kids friendly, nothing for the kids to do
