they let us have a late check out

the children love the pool

the view up on the hill is beautiful, the casino is very nice and the restaurants are good

water park was nice for the kid.

great water park for all ages children plus good casino for the adults

room was clean. late check out was made available to us.

adequate breakfast selections and excellent location.

did not like that we had to walk through the casino to get to the hot tub but i did like that we had a hot tub

to give credit, the hallway was promptly cleaned so it could have just been kids and housekeeping was right on it

the basic wifi in the room was unusable most of the time.

covered parking - loved. bed - loved. room - loved. staff - loved. late check out - love!

i understand gambling resort not meant for kids but they were rude about them being there and they were with us the whole time

we did have our kids so that wasnt the best but we made it work

the robots for room service take all the personal connection out which i hate

pool was awesome

we also appreciated the late check out

flies in the kitchen area, window sills, dirt and rocks on the carpet, blue something in the bottom of the tub

it was a great room with a bedroom, kitchenette & living room

clerk/receptionist filled us in on all we needed to know about where to park

parking was in issue with a small trailer. had to park 6 blocks away.
