have really a problem with cleaning regarding the cutlery in the breakfast bar and also the moisture smell in the rooms

we also requested a late check out and asked if there is any additional cost the reception staffs were very attentive

staff at the bar in the evenings are very busy with room service orders and admin so are not always available to serve bar

the gym has broken and limited equipment, missing dumbbells etc.

they were more than kind to let us stay two hours more in the room, we could not pay the late check out, the room was already taken, so we got a two hours more for free
