with the man that checked us in to the cleaning staff and on to the lady that prepared the breakfast, they were all courteous, polite and helpful

i needed a late check out and it was not an issue what so ever

called property for late check out was told it would be ok to check out before 2 pm without extra fees

jill and the other staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful when i needed printing or a late check out

laundry area,machines not working 100% washing machine broken.

although we did not use it, the free laundry option was good to know about

clean, comfortable place that included a little kitchen.

staff pleasant and helpful. breakfast had a good variety. the hours of 5-8 am were fine for me
