there was constantly water on the floor from the kids that were in the pool

one elevator was working and the floors were often wet from guests coming back from the pool

clerk was very nice and gave us a late check out after our first night stay on the first reservation with our situation

late check out was arranged per request, which is definitely a plus

a hospital, but instead of having to call an ambulance, your shuttle driver was able to take me and pick me up and bring me back

if your room is on the street side over restaurant and bar it can be a little noisy.

they were willing to give me a late check out if i needed it.

i wish there had been a little more breakfast choices, more fruits etc

everyone (front desk, parking attendants, housekeeping, kitchen staff) was so incredibly wonderful
