great stay and late check out

hotel has a renovated

very clean and almost spa like

no pool, no jacuzzi, no bistro, limited housekeeping, front desk staff were inept.

staff were very welcoming and helped me with an early check in because of another hotels mess up

good breakfast. friendly staff. late check out.

the tile was broken in the bathroom carpet old kids socks very dirt after

staff was professional, breakfast great, everything clean and nice

* i'm sure the kids thought it was a two door closet

very eager to help with everything from finding late night food options to allowing us a late check out to help keep the bride comfortable before

it was in a great location, close to everything we needed!! loved the indoor pool/whirl pool

breakfast was great especially the breakfast tacos

the on site gym was great

ease of check in, cleanliness, was able to get late check out without any problem

informed the third party did not add that so i got a lovely view of the dumpsters filled with a parking lot around it

also there was no view of the lake only a view of the parking lot

disappointed that breakfast wasn’t offered at the time of our stay due to covid but understood the reason it was

we were also allowed a later checkout than the standard late check out because of not being able to sleep well that night

staff was all on par and the gym was excellent

the beds were amazingly comfortable and the indoor pool was a blessing

the breakfast was wonderful

service was wonderful and they allowed us an extended late check out as we were running a marathon the same day and would not be finished in time

has a mini kitchen which was nice after being away 10 days

breakfast was only limited amounts of coffee, a few prepacked sweets and granola bars, and all of

i asked for new linens and was told that they were not doing laundry for the day

i like the full kitchen and location
