we got one with a kitchenette and it had a cooktop, fully appointed with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, silverware,

it even had a small kitchen

and a huge kitchen plus washer & dryer

kitchen is small, but doable.

the layout of the apartment was very comfortable, well designed kitchen, good bed and shower.
