one night we re were in the owl bar and no one said hi or took our order for 10 minutes

since we had been traveling for 10 days prior, we appreciated the free, laundry facilities right outside our room's door

had left a door under the bed and the bench at the kitchen table had the bolts fall out when we tried to move it

that way we were able to use the fridge and microwave in the kitchen, as well as eat at a table instead of on the beds

it was huge and spacious and it was clean with a full kitchen.

the reservations specialist did not inform me that right now we would have to take a 10 minute shuttle to another resort to ski

no place to get a snack, drink or a grab and go except for the restaurant or as they suggested, room service

loved the smores at night and the welcoming candy and chocolate for kids
