nice touches like cold water waiting for us when we arrive home each day, beds turned down, free laundry room use with supplies, welcomed with lei and cold drink at check in, etc

the free laundry room and complimentary bikes and snorkel gear made the trip that much better

it has beautiful pools and the kitchen facilities in the suite are excellent

no silverware in the rooms. kitchen is fully equipped for cooking but no silverware to eat with.
