free tea and coffee in the kitchen area all day was a great bonus when coming back from a day out

the room, the choices for breakfast and the girls at the reception (polite and helpful)

the gym was a bit small and could use some extra equipment.

amenities were great especially the gym - i was able to work out in my 5 nights stay

the gym faciliteties were rather lackluster
