because of covid we wanted to stay somewhere with a full kitchen

want to mention that the kitchen staff and especialy the lady cook, went out of her way to acommadate me

the pool closed but i guess you go to clean it at some point

pool was green no hot tub no amenities top dollar staff in willing to help bad experience

like having a restaurant and a bar along with easy parking access

no hot water / no pool / no hot tub / bad beds and pillows and would never stay there again!!!!!

nob didn't work always no kind of housekeeping services check in front associate wasn't friendly kitchenette nothing to clean

the kitchen staff went above and beyond to make sure it was clean and restocked

skillets in kitchenette (i assume recurring thefts made it untenable, but we were there in a hurricane and (+)was good kitchen on a room ,stove and big fridge (-)a king suite and it didn't have all the kitchen ware (-) the kitchen cabinets were and fixtures were new, but the bathtub drain didn t have a cap, was old and (-)cable, an open cat food container, a used bar of soap, 2 large knives under a cabinet, a leaking kitchenette sink, dirty bathroom exhaust fan, slow draining bathroom sink, no fresh towels daily, (-)was damaged, but the layout was accurate to the photos with two beds and tv dresser with a kitchenette near the bathroom

there also was no breakfast like the website claimed

no wifi, no cable, i notified office multiple times and called

loved everything friendly staff clean rooms my daughter enjoyed the pool and my son loved the

big group of kids not staying at hotel (having party for adults in the hotels conference room) took over the

lighting in the bedroom and kitchen could have been a little better but not that big of deal

bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchenette because no restaurants are open in hartsville on sundays

is a beautiful facility with large rooms, comfortable bed, full kitchen - all beautifully decorated

just that if you're gonna have stoves to cook on can you guys get trash cans to put in the kitchen and not the small ones because people traveling do bring food to cook
