very dirty and so was the oven and the dishes were dirty as well ended up not really using the kitchen because of this which makes the room value not necessarily worth

faucet loose in bathroom and ac didn't work and 2 light bulbs out in kitchen

didn’t have forks in our kitchenette area only spoons the microwave appeared to be going out wasn’t working like it should

hotel common areas and room were clean, room had well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, large desk for working on computer, with free wifi

pool heater was broken and the pool was a big reason we were staying with the kids

pool was down for the day but staff got permission for guests to use pool at another facility

booked this hotel for our kid's to swim while family was in town and the pool was down

the pool was small but clean

the location had a place to eat and a bar it rained right after we got here and we really didn't want to go back out to eat

we sat at the bar for drink and ended up eating dinner there

they had a great little crib for our toddler, and an ev charging station on site

we were set to golf the next morning and weather took a turn, so didn't spend much time around town or the hotel

there was a restaurant and bar inside the hotel as well as a separate small building which had a full bar inside

16th floor bar was very nice

have stayed here many times over the years and the downtown location is great, nice rooms, fun bar and good restaurant for breakfast

there's a nice rooftop bar with a great view it's the same place where breakfast is served

could use some updating.. carpet smelled like pool water/chlorjne

i traveled with two small dogs and really appreciate the reasonable pet fee

the wifi did not extend to my room - no apology, no solution

i have stayed many times and the breakfast is always very good with many options to choose from.

also 1 tiny bar of soap is not enough for 2
