outdoor pool was not open .

the staff was excellent and did extra work like late check out. the view was excellent.

it is a beautiful place and the kids really enjoyed the water park

location was fantastic. kids loved the water park.

pool bar was good, friendly bartender and pool area was clean

cleanliness and pool.

we could see the lake from our second rooms window, walking distance to a fun park for the kids and my family enjoyed all of the activities the hotel provides for free

kids were going on the bicycles unsupervised in front of vehicles

facility says no smoking or drinking by the pool and a group of older women were in the pool so kids could hardly be around comfortably

kids loved the green space and the making smores at the fire pit

should supply paper plates and utensils when booking a kitchenette

room was actually quite large, we didn t need or use the couch/mini kitchen but would be nice to have if you did need it

was super nice,upgraded me rooms to one with a kitchenette, the halls wher clean,walls an carpet looked new, the whole hotel smelled nice, overall

paid extra for a kitchenette and there were no pans , dishes , glasses or silverware the bed was

kitchenette didn t have any crockery or cutlery, overhead exhaust fan or lighting did not work
