breakfast was very nice and a wide choice on what food you would like

stayed for two nights so on one night i had one of the fantastic pizzas available in the hotel's bar and on the other night i walked 5 minutes to the thomas daniell for a meal which was also fab -

the reception, lounge and bar areas were welcoming

all the rooms have a kitchenette so that self catering is an option

very tasteful decor, comfortable and spacious studio with our own kitchen area

not fantastic, would have loved to have seen more vegetarian options on the cooked menu but the kitchen did something specially for us

room is large with living area and kitchenette

a washing up bowl in the kitchen sink might be a good idea and save water when washing up a few things

location, great to have the garden space, comfortable, clean, well appointed kitchen

everything worked well in the small kitchen and the bathroom (shower)

thing i can think of, was the kitchen tap was stiff and we got splashed every time we used it

bar area no atmosphere, and you had to use the same steps

a bit of revamp the inspector needs to put back some love and care the bar is very sparse breakfast is disappointing, expensive and very small

besides the staff- the lounge sitting area and bar in the hotel are extremely quiet, to the point to where you could hear a pin drop and it’s a

disappointed with no safe for valuables and no mini bar in room

was left on over night, i think it was the extractor fan for the kitchen, which our family room was above

and mentioned that the accompanying orange sauce was made with alcohol but she checked with the kitchen the sauce was adapted to be made without alcohol (and still tasted very nice)

complimentary coffee sachets empty dirty sofa something vile stuck to kitchen window no tea towels, dish cloth or oven gloves just a used scourer no breakfast available

a few more kitchen accessories would have been helpful ,
