regs stated no pets allowed kitchen staff had a yappy dog in hotel lobby

the pool being closed, but due to covid 19 that is outside of the property's control.

it's unfortunate there is not an indoor pool.

everything was clean, the kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils. very comfortable.

the standard room which included a full size bed a loveseat that made into a single bed and had a kitchenette

i didn’t get to call ahead to see if our room was ready for early check in

they had laundry on site, a pool, rooms were clean and ready to go

laundry sat in the hall for 5 days

was located beside laundry room and it runs all night

to other esa's and that visitors must keep an open mind there are no other hotels have on-site laundry in a clean place

i loved the service of jostin the boy at the reception and the service of the lady from the kitchen

the kitchenette had wrapped plates & silverware in the room, that was a wonderful touch
