for the spa like sauna and hamam you have to pay extra and none of the outdoor pools was heated

bathroom wasn’t to clean and the kitchen staff was not caring to much about friendliness or has not been that welcoming

room (probably for safety reasons, which is totally understandable), you can go upstairs in the kitchen and use it

kitchen could have done with some washing up liquid and a washing cloth in it

five mins later with the keys to one of their apartments at no extra cost but equipped with a kitchen

also the room was a bit noisy because of the kitchen

and really helpful in organizing airport transfers, booking quad trips on the dunes, restaurants, spa treatments, etc
