not sure if the place is fairly new but it needs better up keeping (dirty pool)

were so appreciated after a long flight, and we were able to arrive very late and had a safe parking spot in a garage

when we were at the pool and they were looking for us for breakfast, the waiter came and brought our breakfast put to

two pool areas where gorgeous, the rooms are a good size

no hot water, for this price i expect a high end bathroom experience, the water was cold the mini bar was empty and no tea/coffee making facility

location was great, we enjoyed the pool area and the included kayaks to explore the area

a short car drive to the private pier with parking lot from where a short boat trip will take you to the hotel

master room was really nice, the staff where very kind, the pool was very nice as well, the breakfast was great
