room was cozy and comfortable for 4 of us (to adults 2 kids 6+8), beds were comfortable as well

only down fall was the kids staying across the hall would wake us up every morning

we enjoyed having access to a balcony from our room and my kids loved having netflix on the tv

(+) great pool overlooking the lake with craft beer (+) pool, the view of the lake, the gym, and the little hot spa room (+) it is a convenient stop for us on our way to places like monteverde, has a swimming pool, great food and beer, pretty views and they've even added a nice hiking trail (+) nice pool, grounds, view of lake arenal and the bird watching (+) clean pool in the garden, free parking (+)kids had a lot of fun at the skate park, on the tennis court and in the pool

the view and the bar area. the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom was clean as well.

btw, the pool tiles have sharp ends and my daughters got cuts in there feet and lower backs
