love the kitchen and fireplace in the room

i really liked the kitchen set up

shes, silverware, pots in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrrom items) the furniture in the apartment were all clean and beautifully

the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils needed we just picked up a few things to

bed, non functional fireplace, pigeons and their droppings, bathroom tile, kitchen countertops and white appliances

no room service. enjoyed the amenities and location.

no phone in the room the tv control remote did not work no room service to order

my kids weren't bored and they too fell in love and want to come back again soon

like the price it was a nice little tiny home for me and my kids and husband to stay in for the night since we decided to stay one more day in mexico my kids

i loved the pool and the overlook of the sand dunes to the ocean

2 private beaches, bar overlooking water

the pool is not the cleanest but, it is still acceptable to enjoy with the family.

up my orders, there si not a place to hang the hand towel in the bathroom, no can opener in the kitchen, no bottle opener either

no washcloth in bath room. no kitchen towel to dry dishes. no dish rag to clean kitchen counter.

double bed suite has full kitchen and sofa bed in the living room

kitchen needs some updating, but it had everything necessary.

looks like in the kitchen are continuously short staff

the kitchen staff is friendly too and very helpful

the front staff and kitchen staff were very friendly

with staff could be improved, there is limited menu in the pool bar and some of the items were not available due to the kitchen equipment being

also the room service was super bad: the forgot requested items and brought them with in half hr apart from

room service is offered, but there are no menus in the room, so not sure how you're supposed to

much disturbing out side can sleep good all night people walk n talk loud it's too much n room service is poor they don't leave towel in room n we have to call

service at the main office as well the restaurants with room service everything great at all

kitchen has everything

even a 20l water bottle, all the staff in the kitchen from a pan to knives

com the room i was showed was a good size and had a kitchen

it was a roomy place nice kitchen beds are small

away from dt noise. good gym, better quality, maintained machines.

there was no free breakfast, i think.

wifi was terrible

no wifi, no elevator, dirty

wifi is deceptive as there is actually no wifi in the rooms

i was given a list of 4 or 5 wifi networks for the hotel - none of them populated on any of my devices
