the staff was super accommodating, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the hot tub/pool area was spotless

spa and the grotto experience were exactly what i needed

outdoor poolo& jacuzzi

i used all of the facilities: water (in and out), gym, and the lovely three owl bar (+) gym was good and the spa wonderful (+) the gym is a great size and has nice equipment

spa was everything

we also really appreciated the well equipped kitchen

only thing we did not like was that we where in room 108 and the noise from the kitchen/maid service next door was not pleasant and the bathroom vent is so loud that we refused to

rooms with small kitchen, living area and separate bedroom

the room has a lil kitchenette that has dishes and utensils automatically provided

the bed was comfortable and had plenty of room with even a kitchenette and nice size fridge

had a nice studio with a full kitchen and a nice big window

loved we had a kitchen and ice maker in the room.

loved having our own kitchen areas

too bad just feel like the trash can in the kitchen area in our room should have been bigger

from last guest in the kitchenette not emptied

the full kitchen was a nice feature

i was really surprised to see a full kitchen when i walked

they had kitchen appliance but no dishware

we didn't need the kitchen this time, but the stovetop and full-sized fridge were appreciated

the kitchen was so convenient in the room, and very close to resturants and attractions, and the bed

ev charging station and kitchen with fridge were key reasons we booked and all worked great

the rooms were so quaint, parking was easy, the breakfasts were fabulous, and the ambience was just perfect

plush soft robes & towels hang next to the overly large spa tubs & the basket of wash clothes hides a bath bomb for your relaxtion

loved the bean bag toss room for adults and kids to enjoy

bar was good and breakfast was good, although no meat offered

a good selection of gym equipment

the bar was nice with friendly staff

there weren't any gym wipes or cleaning sprays provided
