i was delighted to hear there was a laundry facility, and that was a game-changer

we arrived just before the room service cutoff and the restaurant staff couldn t have been nicer about our last-minute order

is no in-house restaurant or room service available so you can't order a nightcap to the room

and crowded and smelled strongly of chlorine, no surprise since it was packed with parents and kids who were splashing each other and who were unvaxxed

staff was very friendly great with my kids.

the location is excellent. enjoyed working out in the gym. the staff is wonderful.

(-)was no cutlery and crockery in the suite's kitchen but they brought this up when asked (+) with the little kitchen area it almost feels like a studio apartment (+)very large space!!!! nice kitchen with microwave and super nice washroom with tv (-)kitchenette not well equipped, okay breakfast (not enough seats available during peak times) (-)that the kitchenette didn't have basic dishes or cutlery (+) cute kitchenette

or should open into roomy area in front of toilet - wet bar faucet unattached to counter--when broken elevator was fixed after 2+hrs, staff did not inform

i think the window being in the kitchenette made it dark
