we arrived late and their kitchen was closed so they recommended a very nice local restaurant a couple of miles away which

arrived early for a funeral and was worrying about early check in, getting changed etc

breakfast and fantastic location for exploring abergavenny & the local hiking spots

cool way , spotlessly clean , everything you needed for a great break including a top honesty bar and the best welsh breakfast

the breakfast was one of the best i've had anywhere - a good choice, very fresh local ingredients and

all you could want for including a fantastically stocked bar and gorgeous breakfast served with a smile, everyone we met were lovely

very comfortable and clean and perfect location. buzzy bar and restaurant downstairs as well

to the size of my car i was not able to use the hotel car parking facilities but they were available

staffed in the bar and restaurant at the weekend

the parking entrance is narrow.

could not connect to the wifi in my room, only when i was sat in the pub,

the kitchen was very well supplied

inside had everything you could need from a fully stocked kitchen, log burner, tv, washing machine etc we arrived to find a lovely welcome basket with wine,

having stayed in landmark trust properties, it was also nice to have the tv and wifi
