paid for full kitchen room but did not receive any kitchen

we had specifically reserved a room with river views, double beds, and a kitchenette

looked like someone had made a mess throwing cereal everywhere and i advised the lady in the kitchen and she was busy texting

no toilet paper, no face cloths, no bath mat, one spoon and one knife in the kitchen

loved the location, decoration, spaciousness of the room, and the common area/kitchen was a real bonus
