love all things in this hotel (location, carpark, room service, breakfast) but unfortunately there is no lift (-) the second was the room service after the first night

were a couple ,but there was a fixed bed in the kitchen and dining area that meant we could not get round it and it took up a lot of space

and it was just perfect to find a very new and comfy appartment with big beds,nice bathroom and kitchen with everything we needed

the other friends who booked at the same time and paid similar amount were given rooms with a kitchen and extra space

given an upgrade to a garden room with kitchen - great as i was cycling & could prep food.

the owner was so helpful with the parking and wifi and the room is absolutely charming, has a kitchen and a living room
