kitchen was well equipped

too many stairs uncomfortable chairs in living room cramped kitchen

would suggest the kitchen could be better equipped- coffee canteen - washing up liquid - salt/ pepper

it would have been nice to have some basic cooking items such as oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen

great having a parking space and money refunded even before we got home for the use of the

room was very quiet, we were above the kitchen and there were a few doors banging but it didn t

was good but due to a problem in the kitchen the wait was impossible on the first mornings

lots of little touches such as a snug area on an upper floor and lots of old pots and pans on a kitchen unit

noise from kitchen ventilation system. lack of socket outlet near mirror for hairdryer

needed a tea towel and a sponge/cloth in the kitchen to wipe after use

limited kitchen equipment eg microwavable dish

the beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed e

nice view over the river, the balconies from the kitchen/ living room/ main bedroom would be lovely in the summer but didn't get the benefit so much

door lock needs attention no plug in kitchen or 1st floor basin washing up bowl needed lack of toilet roll holders lack of towel rails

soon gets a bit annoying if you forget something from the 2nd floor bedroom to bring down to the kitchen on the ground floor

i got the impression they were a bit short staffed in the kitchen and waiting on staff but the available staff tried their best

that had left a mess with a banana absolutely shocking behaviour he ended up dragging it into the kitchen to wipe down the young girl beside him didn t know what to say thankfully the mum and

a cup of tea but no milk available in either of 2 milk containers, member of staff appeared from kitchen area and when i asked for milk he grunted and pointed over there with a mouthful of

meal was disappointing wife ordered lentil rigatoni which was served cold was taken back to kitchen and returned once it was heated in microwave which made it

a steak on the menu so i chose lasagne which was cold in the centre and had to be returned to the kitchen, stodgey with no hint of garlic or herbs

long time to get to use ,i did ask them where it was apparently a large order had gone into the kitchen before ours

booked the windsor apartment to allow us more space and individual bedrooms and kitchen facilities

on bathroom door, washing machine but no where to dry the clothes, no brush to clean toilet, a kitchen oven but no cooking utensils, one wine glass etc

breakfast was brilliant, the staff were excellent and so helpful, really great with the kids too

the location was great, very central. staff were super and very helpful. nice bar too.

location, apartment fab, staff lovely and secret garden bar and restaurant wonderful

the noise might be a problem if you have kids who go to bed a bit earlier

late check out option is great especial for us as we had been on a works wine tasting event and

a lamp would have been nice in the kitchen/living room as i had to bring one from the bedroom

generous size rooms and fully furnished with everything you could need especially in the kitchen

everything was fantastic! good sized rooms, big kitchen and comfortable sitting room!

to the flamingo room so instead of the room & bathroom we also had a separate sitting room with kitchen facilities

the hotel had a beautiful aroma, and because they were suites with sofas , dining areas, and kitchens, if we didn’t feel like going out, we could just stay in and chill

there were 2 bedrooms as well as a double sofa bed in the main lounge/kitchen area

rooms were great for us, and having a little kitchen meant we could have breakfast before setting out for the day

apartment set up was great for our family of 5 - surprisingly spacious and great to have a small kitchen space as well

the apartment was perfect for a family with a kitchen, fridge and two toilets

the kitchen was lacking in some items.
