from reception, to kitchen staff, dining room ladies (rosheen -did i spell that right- and chrissie) and the room (+) the kitchen was handy and well provided (+)a very high standard quality food and great service our apartment was perfect for us with a great kitchen and plenty of space (+) had marvellous view from room 508 which had apartment facilities with good kitchen facilities (+) the kitchen was spot on and had everything we needed and the heating was great (-)kitchen could have been a little cleaner (+)easy walking distance to douglas and the tt main grandstand (but prepare for a very steep hill), kitchen in the room had everything we needed and there was plenty of space in the (+) the kitchen area was well equipped, all of the appliances were in good condition (+)of the hills and the sea and was well equipped - a cooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils (+) the kitchen was very well equipped better than any i've ever stayed in before, including a dishwasher

and we're out all day oh yes ramp an lift for older or disabled access an bar an room service tv wifi hairdryer trouser press cheated used for my

free water and biscuits daily went down well with the kids

only issue was the parking on site during the weekend

dedicated car parking , but always found a street space

it was lovely to have a lounge and well equipped kitchen and we appreciated the welcome pack of a wholemeal loaf, butter pats and milk

we enjoy our time in the hotel, with a little and confortable kitchen, we have graet days in the town house

- lovely surprise - and had a one bedroom apartment with separate bedroom, sitting / dining room, kitchen and bathroom

very helpful (nothing was too much trouble) and friendly staff, comfortable bed, well provisioned kitchen and generous welcome pack on arrival
