the property owners cat came in through a whole in the screen, in the kitchen, which wasn't sanitary to me

the kitchen i was told was out of service

had to go in the kitchen for outlets

the kitchen also needs updates, painting and newer stoves a nd appliances

the kitchen area also looked outdated, and ants were all over the countertop, cooker, and in the kettle

breakfast was served on time and the room service was ok although you are charged when kitchen only in short walking distance

kitchen service was a bit slow at times but eventually the meal arrives with a jamaican smile!

special kudos to the kitchen staff who went all out to please

it seemed close to the kitchen and had a bright light shining around the curtains, also the bedding seems a bit dusty

the lunch and dinner menus could use a bit more variety and maybe even a small kids menu would be a huge help (chicken tenders and cheese pizza goes a long way

stayed in e13 so my reply has nothing to do with the other units old tatty furniture kitchen very basic not much utensils mold around the sink mold on bathroom window air conditioned

rip, door to the balcony need fixing, dining chairs need upgrade was afraid to sit too fragile, kitchen wall need fixing tiles from the wall came off, drapes need washing

however the 1 in e block was very disappointing, in dire need of updating and kitchen not very well equipped

no food on site however you will get a full kitchen to cook for yourself.
