we could have had heat it didn't work. the room was noisy it was next to the kitchen

i love the fact there are tea, coffee, and juice available 24/7 and a microwave in the kitchen area to use as needed

king suite had a nice layout, with a separate living area and small kitchenette

were by the main desk in a handicap room and the noises from the kitchen and the office door opening and closing kept waking us up

but that did not begin to compare to be awaken at 5:00am by the ‘kitchen staff’
